Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We're the manufacurer with over 15 years and Produce office appiance and kitchen appliacne，i.e. vacuum sealer,sous vide, pasta maker, mini sealer and so on.
Q: How many days will samples be finished ? and how about the mass production ?
1)7 workdays for samples with EU and US plug;
2) The lead time of mass production will depend on quantity, production art. Etc, generally about 30 to 45 days.
Q: How does your factory do related quality control?
A: Quality is the first priority, we always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning of manufacturing.
Our company has been certified by ISO19001:2015, ISO14001:2015, OHSAS18001:2007 and BSCI, as well as products have passed GS,CE certificate and we make a series of test for them.
Q: Can I print my LOGO on the products and have the customized carton?
A: Sure, and our MOQ for vacuum sealer OEM order is 500 -1000 pcs.
Q: What is your payment policy?
A: For samples: 100% in advance via T/T, Trade Assurance Order or Cerdit Card.
For formal order: 30% payment in advance via T/T as deposit payment and balance payment before shipment.
T/T, L/C, Western Union or money cash, if you want use other payment terms please let us know against B/L copy.
